Gretchen brings over 20 years of combined experience in marketing, real estate, wellness coaching, and homeschool administration. With a background in technology marketing and an MBA from Rollins College, she transitioned to Real Estate investing along side her husband, focusing on Central and Coastal Florida properties. In 2013, Gretchen relocated to San Diego, where she immersed herself in community engagement, volunteering with organizations such as the San Diego Humane Society and Barnes Tennis Center. In 2023 she joined eXp as an Agent and Investor, bringing her passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.
